Allergen badges are included on menu items. Production data should be reviewed and approved before accepting live orders.

Gluten, milk, egg, and other allergens may appear in pizza dough, broast coating, sauces, buns, and sides.

Shared Kitchen

Cross-contact can occur in busy kitchens. Customers with severe allergies should speak with staff.

Menu Detail

Each product should maintain an approved allergen list in the CMS or backend menu system.

Recipe Changes

Allergen information must be updated whenever ingredients or suppliers change.
